Priety Zinta looked beautiful in a well-cut black and silver gown in 54th Filmfare Awards 2009. Thank God, Priety changed her corporate look this time and came dressed as a sweet princess in a gown.

"Pretty is superb", says her co-stars. Her co stars fondly remember her support and encouragement and vouch for her complete dedication in recent movies. Looks like Preity is winning more than the hearts of Punjab!! We are sure 'Heroes' will add another feather to her multifaceted cap.

After her power packed performance in 'The Last Lear'; Preity Zinta, has again proved her mettle by getting nominated for Deepa Mehta's 'Heaven on Earth' yet again. The actor has been nomination for the internationally acclaimed Genie Awards.

The spunky babe will be rubbing shoulders with Hollywood biggies like Susan Sarandon and Ellen Burstyn who have been nominated for 'Emotional Arithmetic' and 'The Stone Angel' respectively. But what makes this news big is the fact that Preity's nomination is the first ever nomination by an Indian in these awards. The nominations were announced by The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television (ACCT) recently.
